1. Scope and Contact
This policy applies to the membership plan listings, consultations, website accounts, order inquiries and related after-sales services provided by GPTVIPPRO through gptvip.com.cn (the “Website”). GPTVIPPRO is the service name used publicly by the Website. Our customer support WeChat ID is GPTVIPPRO.
The Website provides independent third-party membership services and is not affiliated with OpenAI. This policy explains how the Website operator handles personal information. It does not replace the privacy rules of OpenAI, WeChat, payment institutions or other third parties.
To ask about personal information processing or request access to or deletion of information, click “WeChat Support” in the bottom-right corner of the page, or contact GPTVIPPRO on WeChat and indicate that your request concerns privacy. We will handle your request after verifying the necessary identity information. Do not include passwords, verification codes or full bank card details in your request.
2. Information We Process
We process information according to the features you actually use. Browsing plans does not require an account. Listing a feature in this policy does not mean that you must provide information for a feature you do not use.
| When you use the Website | Information involved | Main purposes |
|---|---|---|
| Registering or signing in to a Website account | The name or nickname, email address and Website password you enter, together with your account identifier, verification status and registration time | Creating your account, verifying your identity and providing account services. Passwords are stored as hashes, not as plaintext account passwords |
| Maintaining sign-in status and security | Session identifiers, expiration times, IP addresses, browser and device information, and access or activity times | Recognizing signed-in sessions, investigating unusual activity, preventing abuse and keeping the Website running |
| Managing your profile | Your chosen name or nickname, avatar image and image URL | Displaying and managing your Website profile |
| Recording referral sources and preferences | Source identifiers in links, language preferences, and related cookies or local storage records | Understanding referral sources, retaining language and interface preferences, and limiting repeated verification emails |
| Plan consultations and after-sales support | Contact details, the plan you want to purchase, necessary account identifiers or membership status, descriptions of issues and screenshots that you choose to provide | Discussing service requirements, confirming your needs, and handling renewals, upgrades and after-sales support |
| Orders, payments and invoicing | The order number, plan, amount, currency, time, status and transaction evidence for an actual transaction; online payments may also involve payer identifiers, payment email addresses, subscription or invoice records returned by a payment institution; invoice requests may include the invoice title, tax identification number and delivery details | Reconciling payments, fulfilling orders, reviewing transactions, processing refunds, issuing invoices and meeting legal obligations |
Your Website account password is separate from passwords for ChatGPT or other third-party accounts. Membership consultations do not require you to give customer support any third-party account password, SMS verification code, recovery code, login cookie or session token. Do not send identity documents, bank card details, private conversations or other sensitive information that is unrelated to the service. Redact unnecessary information in screenshots first.
Information you send through WeChat or email forms part of the records held in those communication channels. The Website’s current floating support card displays contact details and a QR code. Opening it does not automatically upload your chat content. “Copy WeChat ID” writes only the support WeChat ID to your clipboard when you click it; it does not read existing clipboard content.
3. Processing Purposes and Your Choices
We process the necessary information to create and manage the account you request, confirm and fulfill orders, provide after-sales support and maintain service security. We retain necessary records to meet transaction, tax or other legal obligations. Where processing legally requires your consent, we must explain the specific purpose and obtain the relevant consent.
You can choose not to register, upload an avatar or submit consultation information. Withholding information necessary for a particular service may prevent us from completing that service, but will not affect browsing features unrelated to that information. We do not treat this policy as blanket authorization for all optional processing.
If there is a material change to the purposes, categories of information or methods of use, we will explain it separately. Any legally required renewed consent, separate consent or other procedure must be completed first.
4. Cookies and Browser Storage
The Website uses cookies and browser local storage for the following features:
- Sign-in status: Storing information that identifies your Website login session. Sessions generally have a seven-day validity period and may be renewed through account activity. Signing out terminates the current session.
- Referral sources: Recording a source identifier when you visit through a link containing
utm_source. The relevant cookie lasts for 30 days, and the source may also be associated with your account when you register. Expiring or clearing the cookie does not automatically delete a source record already associated with an account. - Interface and verification actions: Retaining language, interface state and other preferences. Email verification may record the resend time in the current browser to avoid repeated requests.
- Third-party sign-in resources: Pages may load Google sign-in resources. Loading them involves network communication with Google. The Website receives information authorized for sign-in only when you choose and authorize third-party sign-in.
You can use browser settings to view, restrict or clear cookies and local storage. You can also visit using links without source parameters. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from staying signed in. To access, correct or delete a saved account source record or other personal information, contact customer support.
5. Service Providers and Information Disclosure
The Website currently uses the following services. We process or transfer information as needed to provide the service; using these providers does not authorize them to use your information without restriction.
| Service or channel | Purpose and relevant information | Further information |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Website hosting, request handling and operational support, involving access requests, IP addresses, browser information and data needed to process requests | Vercel Privacy Notice |
| Neon | Hosting the Website database, which holds Website accounts, sessions, configuration and business records such as orders | Neon Privacy Policy |
| Cloudflare R2 | Storing and delivering Website images, avatars and customer support QR codes; loading resources involves image URLs and network request information | Cloudflare Privacy Policy |
| Google sign-in | Providing optional Google sign-in and, based on your authorization, processing sign-in information such as your account identifier, name, email and avatar; your Google password is not provided to the Website | Google Privacy Policy |
| WeChat and your chosen email or payment channels | Processing the relevant communication and transaction information when you choose to contact us, send information or make a payment | Also review the privacy rules displayed by the channel you actually use |
If an order uses third-party online payment, check the payment page to identify the actual payment institution. Enter full bank card numbers, payment passwords and security codes only in the interface of the payment institution you have verified. Website support will not ask you to provide this information.
We do not sell your personal information. We may provide necessary information to the relevant recipients to deliver services you request, fulfill legal obligations or for another lawful reason. When providing personal information to another independent processor, publicly disclosing personal information or processing sensitive personal information, we must give the legally required notice and complete the applicable consent or other procedures. If a judicial or administrative authority lawfully requests information, we provide only the necessary information after verifying the request.
6. Public Image Links and Processing Outside Mainland China
Uploaded images, including avatars, are accessible through public resource URLs. Anyone who obtains a link may be able to view the original image. Images may retain metadata from the original file. Do not upload identity documents, payment evidence, private photos containing location information or other people’s private information as a public avatar.
Changing or removing an avatar changes what is displayed on your profile; it does not mean that the original stored file, caches or backups have been deleted at the same time. To request deletion of an original image, give customer support enough information to identify the account or image. We will verify the request and address the relevant storage and cache records.
The Website uses cloud services outside mainland China and global content delivery networks. Account information, requests and related business information may be stored or processed outside mainland China. Publishing this policy does not mean that you have consented to a cross-border transfer, and does not replace legally required transfer procedures. Where processing requires separate notice, separate consent, an assessment or other safeguards, we must fulfill those requirements before processing and explain the recipient, data scope, purpose and channels for exercising your rights. You can ask customer support about the relevant processing.
7. Retention and Security
We retain personal information for the shortest period necessary to fulfill its purpose. Account information is generally retained until account services end or you submit an eligible deletion request. Order, payment, refund and invoice records are retained as needed for fulfillment, dispute handling and applicable statutory retention requirements. Expiration of a login session does not also delete account and transaction records.
Information that is no longer needed must be deleted or anonymized. Where continued retention is required by law, or backups or other technical limitations temporarily prevent immediate deletion, other uses must be restricted and the information cleared when the conditions for doing so are met. Technical limitations do not justify continued use for unrelated purposes such as marketing.
The Website uses measures including HTTPS, account password hashing and access controls to protect information and restrict access to administrative data. Internet services can still be affected by attacks, failures or mistakes, and no measure can guarantee absolute security. If a personal information security incident occurs, we must promptly take remedial measures and fulfill legally required notification and reporting obligations.
8. Access, Correction, Deletion and Account Closure
You can sign in to Account Settings to change your name or nickname and avatar. Contact customer support through WeChat GPTVIPPRO to request an email correction, a copy of your information, an explanation of processing rules, deletion, withdrawal of consent-based authorization or closure of your Website account.
To close your Website account, submit a request to customer support for verification and processing. We will verify account ownership and explain how outstanding orders, refundable amounts and records that must legally be retained will be handled. Account closure does not release us from after-sales responsibilities that have already arisen.
Verification is limited to the information necessary to prevent someone else from making an unauthorized request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we need additional information or more time, or cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and provide the next available channel. If you have concerns about how your request is handled, you can follow up with support or lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities as provided by law.
9. Minors
The Website’s membership services are intended for users with the legal capacity appropriate to the transaction. Minors should learn about the service and information processing rules under a guardian’s guidance, and should not independently place orders inconsistent with their age or legal capacity.
Personal information of children under 14 is legally classified as sensitive personal information. The Website does not actively collect information from this age group. If we discover relevant information submitted without appropriate guardian consent, we will verify the circumstances and take suitable measures, such as stopping processing or deleting it. Guardians can contact support to request assistance.
10. Policy Updates
The date at the top of this page is the date of this policy update. Updated versions will be available on this page. Important changes, including changes to processing purposes, recipients or how rights are exercised, must also be brought to your attention in an appropriate way. Where renewed consent is required, continued browsing does not replace the required consent procedure.
For arrangements concerning purchases and after-sales support, also read the Terms of Service.
